My name is Jean Westbrook and I am an artist and a writer working and living in Macclesfield, Cheshire, UK.

The starting point of my work is always an observation of life. I love people and what they do and say and am inspired

and entertained by the madness and the ordinariness of things and the way that we are so influenced by

what we all think is right and wrong.

I love laughter and my art and work ethic reflects this in its spontaneity and jauntiness.

I danced on the plinth in Trafalgar Square and created the biggest cardigan in the world!

As a qualified Art and Drama Teacher I have many years experience of working with children,

adults and people with special needs and offer workshops and creative project ideas to schools, clubs, churches,

charites or businesses - be this to educate; raise awarenss or funds; or to have fun.
